Amending Reg. 569 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1) Subsection 5.1 (2) of Regulation 569 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “the Schedule” and substituting “Schedule 1”.

(2) Subsection 5.1 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Schedule” and substituting “Schedule 1”.

2. Paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Bay Centre for Birth Control, Women’s College Hospital, 790 Bay Street, Toronto.
