Amending O. Reg. 400/98

(Tax Matters — Tax Rates for School Purposes)

1. Section 12 of Ontario Regulation 400/98 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(5) Despite the provisions of any other section, the tax rate for school purposes for the professional sports facility class in the City of Ottawa for 2006 is 0.01744022 but shall be reduced for 2006 by 0.01571822.

2. Table 17 of the Regulation is amended by striking out,
