Amending O. Reg. 278/98

(General)

1. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of Ontario Regulation 278/98 is amended by striking out “three years” at the end and substituting “four years”.

(2) Subsection 4 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “three years” at the end and substituting “four years”.

2. Subsection 5 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) No member of the board shall serve as chair for more than,

(a) in the case of a member appointed as chair before January 1, 2007, three consecutive terms; and

(b) in the case of a member appointed as chair on or after January 1, 2007, four consecutive terms.

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2007.
