Amending Reg. 295 of R.R.O. 1990

(Northern District School Area Board)

1. (1) Subsection 4 (1) of Regulation 295 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “1982 and in every third year” and substituting “2006 and in every fourth year”.

(2) Subsection 4 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “three years” and substituting “four years”.
