prescribed matters — subsection 15 (5) of act

Prescribed matter

1. The following matter is prescribed for the purposes of subsection 15 (5) of the Act:

1. Any matter with respect to which a by-law could have been passed under the Act, other than sections 8 and 11, as it read on the day before section 11 of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 came into force.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and the day section 11 of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 comes into force.
