prescribed matters — clause 12 (5) (i) OF ACT

Prescribed matter

1. The following matter is prescribed for the purposes of clause 12 (5) (i) of the Act:

1. Any matter with respect to which a by-law could have been passed under any of the following as they read on the day before section 12 of the Act came into force:

i. The Municipal Act, 2001, other than sections 8 and 11.

ii. The City of Toronto Act, 1997.

iii. The City of Toronto Act, 1997 (No. 2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day it is filed and the day subsection 4 (2) of Schedule B to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 comes into force.
