Amending O. Reg. 276/02

1. Paragraph 3 of section 5 of Ontario Regulation 276/02 is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Subsection 405 (2).

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 8 of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
