Amending O. Reg. 247/01

(Variable Interest Rate Debentures and Foreign Currency Borrowing)

1. Clause 4 (3) (b) of Ontario Regulation 247/01 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b) is no longer in compliance with a rating or requirement under section 6;

2. Clause 11 (4) (b) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(b) is no longer in compliance with a rating or requirement under section 10;

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 8 of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
