Amending Reg. 439 of R.R.O. 1990

(Turkeys — Plan)

1. (1) Section 1 of the Schedule to Regulation 439 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. This plan may be cited as the “Turkey Farmers of Ontario Marketing Plan”.

(2) Section 4 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4.  The local board formerly known as “The Ontario Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board” is continued under the name “Turkey Farmers of Ontario”.
