Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(Speed Limits)

1. (1) Part 3 of Schedule 38 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Municipality of Prince Edward County

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 33 in the Municipality of Prince Edward County lying between a point situate 80 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Chuckery Hill Road and a point situate 360 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 7/Lake on the Mountain Road.

(2) Part 5 of Schedule 38 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Municipality of Prince Edward County

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 33 in the Municipality of Prince Edward County lying between a point situate 360 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as County Road 7/Lake on the Mountain Road and a point situate 130 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Hatchery Lane.

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 33 in the Municipality of Prince Edward County lying between a point situate 500 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Philip Street and a point situate 80 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Chuckery Hill Road.
