Amending O. Reg. 467/05

(Zoning Area — Township of Blandford-Blenheim in the County of Oxford)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 467/05 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. (1) This Order applies, subject to subsection (2), to lands in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim in the County of Oxford, in the Province of Ontario, being the lands outlined in red on a map numbered 217 identified by stamp by the Registrar of Regulations on August 16, 2005 and filed at the Toronto office of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing located at 777 Bay Street.

(2) This Order does not apply to Part 1 on Reference Plan 41R-7879, more particularly described as Property Identifier Number 00264-0082 (LT).
