Amending Reg. 612 of R.R.O. 1990

(School Buses)

1. Subsection 1 (4) of Regulation 612 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Sections 4 and 5 of the Regulation are revoked.

3. Schedules 1 and 2 to the Regulation are revoked.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2007 and the day this Regulation is filed.
