Amending O. Reg. 222/98

1. Subsection 41 (1) of Ontario Regulation 222/98 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

14. An Ontario child benefit payment received under section 8.6.2 of the Income Tax Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2007.
