Amending O. Reg. 85/07

(Echo: Improving Women’s Health in Ontario)

1. Subsections 6 (2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 85/07 are revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Members of the board hold office for a term of not less than one year and not more than three years, as specified in their instruments of appointment, and may be re-appointed, but no one may be a member of the board for more than six years.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
