Amending O. Reg. 76/95

(Credit Unions)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 57 of Ontario Regulation 76/95 is amended by striking out “75 per cent” and substituting “80 per cent”.

(2) Paragraph 3 of section 57 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “75 per cent” and substituting “80 per cent”.

2. The definition of “D” in the definition of “lending value” in subsection 68 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “75 per cent” and substituting “80 per cent”.
