Amending O. Reg. 368/01

1. Section 15 of Ontario Regulation 368/01 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

16. A transfer from the Wallaceburg Housing Corporation, formerly known as the Wallaceburg Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation, to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent of any interest in the real property municipally known as 459 Murray Street and 500 Albert Street, Wallaceburg, Ontario, and any interest in the real property municipally known as 200 Westcourt Boulevard, Wallaceburg, Ontario, together with the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations related to the ownership or operation of the real property.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
