Amending O. Reg. 238/05

1. Ontario Regulation 238/05 is amended by adding the following section:
Limitation on public accounting services
4. (1) For the purposes of section 2 of the Act, the practice of public accounting does not include providing any of the services listed in that section, if they are provided without reward.
(2) This section is revoked on December 31, 2008.
2. Subsection 6 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “December 31, 2007” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “December 31, 2008”.
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
