PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT DEFINITION
Interpretation
1. (1) The following are prescribed as undertakings for the purpose of clause (i) of the definition of “permanent improvement” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act:
1. Urgent and high priority renewal projects described in subsection 36 (9.1) of Ontario Regulation 400/05 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2005-2006 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act.
2. Urgent and high priority renewal projects described in subsection 39 (10.1) of Ontario Regulation 341/06 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2006-2007 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act.
(2) The following are prescribed as undertakings for the purpose of clause (i) of the definition of “permanent improvement” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act:
1. Temporary accommodations used for instructional purposes and any additions, alterations or improvements to temporary accommodations used for instructional purposes.
2. Furniture, furnishings, library books, instructional equipment and apparatus, and equipment required for maintenance of the property described in paragraph 1.
Revocation
2. Ontario Regulation 461/06 is revoked.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
