Amending O. Reg. 400/05

(Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2005-2006 School Board Fiscal Year)

1. (1) The English version of clause 36 (9.1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 400/05 is amended by striking out “Allocation of Funding” and substituting “Funding Allocation”.

(2) Subsection 36 (15) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 101 of subsection (10)” and substituting “paragraph 72 of subsection (10)”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
