Amending O. Reg. 291/01

(Terms and Conditions of Employment in Defined Industries)

1. The title of Ontario Regulation 291/01 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Terms and conditions of employment in defined industries — women’s coat and suit industry and women’s dress and sportswear industry

2. The definition of “industry holiday” in section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following clause:

(a.1) Family Day, being the third Monday in February,

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
