Amending Reg. 637 of R.R.O. 1990

1. The definition of “holiday” in subsection 12.3 (4) of Regulation 637 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following clause:

(c.1)   Family Day, being the third Monday in February,

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
