Amending Reg. 182 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Regulation 182 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following section:

8. The following persons or entities are prescribed for the purposes of section 21.2 of the Act:

1. The Minister of Finance.

2. The Minister of Revenue.

3. The Canada Revenue Agency.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
