1. The table to section 11 of Regulation 753 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out,

Milk used to process sour cream, yogourt, frozen yogourt, beverage yogourt, yogourt shake, ice cream, ice cream mix, ice milk, ice milk mix, sherbet, sherbet mix, frozen dairy dessert, milk shake, milk shake mix, kefir, fudge, soup mixes or Indian sweets |
and substituting,
