Amending O. Reg. 467/97

(Deemed District Municipalities (School Authority Jurisdiction) — Tax Rates)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 467/97 is revoked.

2. Section 6 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2008.
