Amending O. Reg. 785/91

(Levies or Charges — Eggs)

1. Clause 2 (1) (b) of Ontario Regulation 785/91 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b) to classify those persons into groups and fix the levies or charges payable by the members of the different groups in different amounts, not exceeding 4 cents per dozen eggs; and

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
