Amending O. Reg. 466/97

(Borrowing for Permanent Improvements: Issuance of Debentures)

1. Subsection 12 (3) of Ontario Regulation 466/97 is amended by striking out “a term of 25 years” at the end and substituting “a term not exceeding 25 years”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
