Amending O. Reg. 223/98

(Employment Supports)

1. Section 6 of Ontario Regulation 223/98 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(4) For purposes of the calculation of the amount described by “A” in subsection (3), payments from a registered disability savings plan, as defined in subsection 146.4 (1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), shall not be included in a person’s total income reported for income tax purposes.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
