Amending O. Reg. 400/98

(Tax Matters — Tax Rates for School Purposes)

1. Section 12 of Ontario Regulation 400/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

12. Despite any other section, the tax rate for school purposes for the professional sports facility class in the City of Ottawa for 2008 is 0.01744678 but shall be reduced for 2008 by 0.01461530.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
