Amending O. Reg. 632/94

1. Ontario Regulation 632/94 is amended by adding the following section:

Export Development Canada

3. Export Development Canada, a corporation established by section 3 of the Export Development Act (Canada), is a public body for the purposes of the Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
