Amending O. Reg. 449/07

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 449/07 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

9. Special constables appointed under section 53 of the Police Services Act who are not employees of a police force.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
