Amending Reg. 365 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Section 8 of Regulation 365 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

8. A director, deputy director, manager or examiner of the Ministry whose duties relate to the administration of the Act may sign or endorse any licence or certificate required or authorized by the Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
