Amending O. Reg. 369/01

(Transfer of Administration for Housing Programs and Projects)

1. Items 461, 546, 549, 557 and 559 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 369/01 are revoked.

2. Item 9 of Schedule 9 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Cardinal” under the column heading “Housing Project” and substituting “Capreol”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
