(Housing Projects Subject to Part VI of the Act)
1. Section 32 of Ontario Regulation 339/01 is revoked and the following substituted:
Section 106 housing providers
32. Housing projects located in the service area of a service manager listed in Column 1 of Table 3 and managed by the housing provider listed in Column 2 of the Table opposite the service manager are prescribed for the purposes of section 106 of the Act.
2. Table 3 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
