Amending O. Reg. 152/07

(Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2007-2008 School Board Fiscal Year)

1. (1) Table 20 of Ontario Regulation 152/07 is amended by adding the following item:

(2) Items 30, 31 and 32 of Table 20 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

31.	Upper Canada District School Board	1619	Lansdowne PS		Leeds and the Thousand Islands
32.	Upper Canada District School Board	2545	William Hiscocks PS		Leeds and the Thousand Islands

2. (1) Item 22 of Table 21 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Conseil de district des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario” in Column 1 and substituting “Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario.”

(2) Items 23 and 24 of Table 21 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

(3) Item 61 of Table 21 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Cramahe” in Column 5 and substituting “Smith-Ennismore-Lakefield”.

(4) Item 94 of Table 21 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(5) Items 96 and 97 of Table 21 of the Regulation are revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
