Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(Speed Limits)
1. (1) Paragraph 3 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
District of Timiskaming — Town of Latchford, City of Temiskaming Shores
45. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the southbound lanes beginning at a point situate 450 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue in the Town of Latchford and extending northerly to its intersection with the centre line of the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores.
46. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the northbound lanes beginning at a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue in the Town of Latchford and extending northerly to its intersection with the centre line of the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores.
(3) Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
District of Timiskaming — Town of Latchford
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Town of Latchford in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the southbound lanes between a point situate 60 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the southerly abutment of the bridge over the Montreal River and a point situate 450 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue.
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Town of Latchford in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the northbound lanes between a point situate 60 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the southerly abutment of the bridge over the Montreal River and a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue.
(4) Paragraph 17 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
