Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

1. Section 10 of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(12) Despite the definition of “estimated income” in subsection (11), payments from a registered disability savings plan, as defined in subsection 146.4 (1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), shall not be included in estimated income.
2. This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on December 1, 2008.
