Amending O. Reg. 462/97

(Native Representation on Boards)

1. The title to Ontario Regulation 462/97 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

FIRST NATIONS REPRESENTATION ON BOARDS

2. Subsection 1 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) The member appointed under subsection (2) shall be deemed to be an elected member of the board.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
