Amending Reg. 69 of R.R.O. 1990

(General)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 43 (3) of Regulation 69 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. One of the following amounts, as the case may be:

i. In the case of an application for a reduction made on or after July 1, 2008 but before July 1, 2009, $1,026.56.

ii. In the case of an application for a reduction made on or after July 1, 2009 $1,050.29.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 43 (4) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. One of the following amounts, as the case may be:

i. In the case of an application for a reduction made on or after July 1, 2008 but before July 1, 2009, $33.75.

ii. In the case of an application for a reduction made on or after July 1, 2009, $34.53.

2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 43.1 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. A long-stay resident for whom the maximum monthly amount is determined to be $1,050.29 under section 43.

3. (1) Item 14 of Table 4 of the Regulation is amended by adding “to and including June 30, 2009” after “July 1, 2008” in Column 1.

(2) Table 4 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

4. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2009.
