Amending O. Reg. 449/07

(General)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 3 of Ontario Regulation 449/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Persons who are employed in a correctional institution as defined in the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, or in a place of open custody or place of secure custody, as those terms are defined in the Child and Family Services Act.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
