Amending O. Reg. 3/02

(Tax Relief in Unorganized Territory for 2001 and Subsequent Years)

1. Subsection 24 (1) of Ontario Regulation 3/02 is amended by striking out “the levying board” and substituting “the Minister of Finance”. 

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
