Amending O. Reg. 199/03

(Control of West Nile Virus)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 199/03 is amended by striking out “in accordance with the document entitled West Nile Virus Preparedness and Prevention Plan 2008, published by and available from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, dated June 23, 2008”.

2. Clause 2 (2) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(a) the guidelines published by the Minister under section 7 of the Act; and

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
