Amending O. Reg. 121/98

(Administration and Enforcement of Regulations in respect of the Raw Milk and Cream Quality Program)

1. Paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 121/98 are revoked and the following substituted:

1. Subclause 5 (1) (a) (ii), clause 5 (1) (h), subsection 52 (1) and subsection 54 (2) in respect of the Director’s approval of a laboratory.

2. Section 1, subclause 5 (1) (a) (ii), clause 5 (1) (h), subclauses 52 (1) (a) (i) and (iii), subsection 52 (3) and subsection 54 (2) in respect of the Director’s approval of an official method of testing milk or cream. 

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
