Amending O. Reg. 247/01

(Variable Interest Rate Debentures and Foreign Currency Borrowing)

1. The Schedule to Ontario Regulation 247/01 is amended by revoking paragraphs 2, 3 and 5.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
