Amending O. Reg. 83/08

(Calculation of Average Daily Enrolment for the 2008-2009 School Board Fiscal Year)

1. Clause 3 (5) (a) of Ontario Regulation 83/08 is amended by striking out “paragraph 4” and substituting “paragraph 2”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
