Amending Reg. 630 of R.R.O. 1990

(Vehicles on Controlled-Access Highways)

1. Subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 630 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following clause:

(c.2) a power-assisted bicycle;

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of,

(a) October 3, 2009;

(b) the day section 35 of the Road Safety Act, 2009 comes into force; and

(c) the day this Regulation is filed.
