Amending O. Reg. 141/08

(Tax Matters — Annual Time Limits for Certain By-laws)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 141/08 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) Despite subsection (1), the time limits for 2009 for the provisions referred to in that subsection are extended to October 30, 2009 for the Town of Smooth Rock Falls.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
