Amending Reg. 587 of R.R.O. 1990

(Equipment)

1. Section 9 of Regulation 587 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of the Countering Distracted Driving and Promoting Green Transportation Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
