Amending O. Reg. 225/98

(Administration and Cost Sharing)

1. Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 225/98 is amended by striking out “20 per cent” and substituting “10 per cent”.

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. If Ontario recovers all or part of the assistance paid to a recipient, it shall refund to the appropriate delivery agent the percentage of the amount recovered that is equal to the share of the cost of assistance payable by the delivery agent in the year that Ontario recovers all or part of the assistance. 

3. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2010.
