1. Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Schedule:

District of Sudbury — Township of Dill
City of Greater Sudbury
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7042 in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 900 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the easterly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Township of Dill and a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 537 in the City of Greater Sudbury.
2. (1) Part 1 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Sudbury — Township of Burwash

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate 1270 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Nelson Road in the Township of Burwash and a point situate 1585 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Estaire Road in the City of Greater Sudbury.
(2) Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 73 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
District of Parry Sound — Township of Archipelago
District of Sudbury — Twp. of Burwash
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 lying between a point situate 760 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 644 in the Township of The Archipelago in the Territorial District of Parry Sound and a point situate 1270 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Nelson Road in the Township of Burwash in the Territorial District of Sudbury.
City of Greater Sudbury
4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 1585 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Estaire Road and a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the King’s Highway known as the South-West Sudbury Bypass.
3. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 146 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Sudbury — Township of Cleland
City of Greater Sudbury — Township of Dryden
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 537 lying between a point situate 800 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Riverbend Road in the hamlet of Wanup in the Township of Cleland in the Territorial District of Sudbury and a point situate 185 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Finni Road in the Township of Dryden in the City of Greater Sudbury.

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 537 lying between a point situate 100 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Riverbend Road in the hamlet of Wanup in the Townships of Dill and Cleland in the Territorial District of Sudbury and a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the City of Greater Sudbury.
(2) Paragraph 2 of Part 4 of Schedule 146 to the Regulation is revoked.
4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
