Amending O. Reg. 238/05

1. Subsection 6 (2) of Ontario Regulation 238/05 is amended by striking out “December 31, 2009” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “December 31, 2011”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
